HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE M.SATYANARAYANA MURTHY Crl.P.M.P.No.9 of 2017 IN/AND CRIMINAL PETITION No.10281 OF 2015 COMON ORDER:

The above Crl.P.M.P. is filed seeking leave of this court to record the terms of joint compromise memo in M.C.No.25 of 2013 on the file of Additional Metropolitan Sessions Judge for the trial of Jubilee Hills Car Bomb Blast Case-cum-Additional Family Court Judge at Nampally, Hyderabad.

Both parties present and they are identified by their respective counsel and they produced Aadar card in proof of their identity. Petitioner sought permission to compromise the matter since the petitioner obtained orders under Section 125 Cr.P.C. claiming maintenance and in view of the settlement made by the mediators of both parties, they agreed to settle the matter permanently and as per the terms of agreement between the parties, they reduced into writing and filed before this court as MOU. The second party paid Rs.14,00,000/- (Rupees fourteen lakhs) by way of Demand Draft before this court where FCA is pending and receipt of the same is acknowledged by the second respondent. Rs.22,00,000/- was paid to their son by way of FDR and the same is accepted.

Taking into consideration of the voluntary settlement and in the interest of both parties, I deem it appropriate to grant leave to the parties to compromise by compounding the above offences. Hence, permission is granted in the interest of both parties to settle the matter finally and therefore, compromise is recorded and consequently, the main Criminal Petition is allowed in terms of compromise/MOU.

Accordingly, the above Crl.M.Ps. are allowed as sought for. In view of the order passed in the above Crl.M.Ps., this Criminal Petition is allowed.

As a sequel to the disposal of this petition, the Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending, shall stand dismissed. __________________________________ JUSTICE M.SATYANARAYANA MURTHY Dated 5-1-2017.
