THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE M. SATYANARAYANA MURTHY CRIMINAL REVISION CASE No.2211 of 2015 ORDER:

Learned counsel for petitioners seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the Criminal Revision Case with liberty to petitioners to file appropriate application raising all grounds which they are entitled to raise legally.

Permission is accorded and Criminal Revision Case is dismissed as withdrawn giving liberty to petitioners to file appropriate application before appropriate forum raising all grounds which they are entitled to raise legally. Consequently, pending Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, shall stand dismissed.
