THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE CHALLA KODANDA RAM COMPANY APPLICATION No. 13 OF 2019 O R D E R:

This Application has been taken out under Sections 529 and 529A of the Companies Act, 1956 read with Rule 9 of the Companies (Court) Rules, 1959 to direct the 2nd respondent Official Liquidator to pay the admitted claims under Form No. 70 of the 1956 Act to the applicants.

The claim of the applicants is that they were the subscribers of the 1st respondent chit fund company. On 18.07.2017, the 2nd respondent herein issued the notice of admission of proof of debt and sent Form No. 70 admitting the claims.

In view of the order passed today in Company Application No. 34 of 2019 taking on record Form No. 71, no order need be passed in this Application and it is accordingly, closed. _____________________________ CHALLA KODANDA RAM, J 18th June 2019 ksld
