Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Government Pleader for Revenue.

With the consent of both the parties, the Writ Petition is disposed of at the admission stage.

The present Writ Petition came to be filed with the following prayer:

'For the reasons stated in the accompanying affidavit, it is hereby prayed that this Hon'ble Court may be pleased to issue a Writ or order or direction more particularly one in the nature of writ of Mandamus declaring the inaction of respondent No.3 in issuing pattadar pass book and title deed in favour of the petitioner in respect of agricultural land admeasuring Acs.6.25 cents in Survey No.145/ 1 situated at Sankalapuram Village, Banaganapalle Mandal, Kurnool District, A.P., despite there being a registered sale deed bearing document No.652/ 2016, dated 14.03.2016 executed by respondent No.4 in favour of the petitioner in respect of the above said land as illegal and arbitrary'. 4.

Though various grounds are raised learned counsel for the petitioner restricts his prayer seeking a direction to the respondent-authorities to consider his representation dated 19.09.2016. He further submits that he had also made online application for mutation and E-Passbook.

Learned Government Pleader submits that the said representation may be directed to be considered, if the same is still pending consideration.

Having regard to the above, the respondent-authorities shall consider and dispose of the representation dated 19.09.2016, in accordance with law within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of the order.

With the above direction, the writ petition is disposed of. 8.
