THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAMALINGESWARA RAO WRIT PETITION No.8985 of 2017 ORDER:

This Writ Petition is filed challenging registration of Crime No.45 of 2017 by the third respondent.

This Court carefully perused the complaint lodged by the fourth respondent, and after going through the contents of the complaint, this Court does not find any reason to interfere with the registration of crime by the third respondent. Investigation is a consequence of the registration of crime and when this Court is satisfied with regard to registration of the crime, it cannot interfere with the process of investigation. However, it is made clear that the third respondent, while investigating the crime, shall follow due process of law including complying with Section 41-A of the Code of Criminal Procedure. The Writ Petition is, accordingly, disposed of. The miscellaneous petitions pending in this Writ Petition, if any, shall stand closed.
