O R D E R

The grievance of the petitioners in this case was that the police authorities, respondents 1 to 3 herein, were not providing police aid to them and their property in

Jakkaloddi, Timmapur Hamlet and Village, Hanamakonda Mandal, Warangal District, despite instructions being issued in this regard by the Deputy Inspector General of Police, Warangal Range.

No orders were passed by this Court in this writ petition since 2011. Sri Kowturu Vinaya Kumar, learned counsel for the petitioners, fairly concedes that keeping in mind the passage of time since the institution of this writ petition, the writ petition may be closed reserving liberty to the petitioners to approach the competent civil Court before which a suit is already pending for necessary orders in terms of the prayer made before this Court in the present writ petition.
