This appeal is preferred under Section 173 of Motor Vehicles Act aggrieved by the decree and judgment passed in M.O.P.No.248 of 2013 dated 16.02.2015 on the file of the Court of Motor Accidents Claims Tribunal-cum-II Additional District Judge, Visakhapatnam.

At the time of hearing, learned counsel for the appellant seeks permission of the Court to permit the appellant to withdraw the appeal.

Permission as sought for is accorded.

Accordingly, the M.A.C.M.A. is dismissed as withdrawn. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
