HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE T. AMARNATH GOUD WRIT PETITION No.4519 of 2019 ORDER :

In view of the subsequent development, since respondent No.2 has passed orders, learned counsel for the petitioners seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the writ petition with a liberty to the petitioners to take steps to challenge the said orders issued by respondent No.2 before the appropriate Forum.

Permission is accorded.

Accordingly, granting the aforesaid liberty to the petitioners, this writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn. No order as to costs.

As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, in this writ petition shall stand closed.
