THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE CHALLA KODANDA RAM Writ Petition No.41189 of 2014 ORDER:

The case of the petitioner is that he filed an appeal under Section 5(B) of the A.P. Rights in Lands and Pattadar Pass Books Act, 1971, for mutation of his name in the relevant pahanies, before the 3rd respondent, in respect of land admeasuring Ac.1.01 guntas in survey No.101 situated in Yedulapuram of Khammam Rural Mandal, which was assigned to him on 13.12.1976, and the said case was registered as ROR Case No.A3/4547/2013. His grievance is that the 3rd respondent is not disposing of the case, though it was reserved for orders once on 11.07.2014 and further on 21.11.2014. Hence, this writ petition.

On instructions, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue submits that the case was disposed of and final orders were passed by the 3rd respondent on 16.01.2015. Recording the said submission, the writ petition is closed as infructuous. There shall be no order as to costs. The miscellaneous petitions filed in this writ petition shall also stand disposed of.
