Accordingly, the matter was listed and thereafter, learned counsel for the petitioner sought time for getting instructions in the matter. The matter is listed today under the same caption i.e., "For Dismissal". However, none appears nor any representation is made on behalf of the petitioner. Hence, the Writ Petition is dismissed for non-prosecution. There shall be no order as to costs. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand dismissed.
