Ramachandra Rao) The counsel for petitioners seeks to withdraw the Writ Petition with liberty to pursue the remedy available to him under the 'Sabka Vishwas Scheme' introduced by the Central Government with liberty to revive this Writ Petition in the event petitioners' application under the said Scheme is rejected.
