THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE T.SUNIL CHOWDARY WRIT PETITION No.11692 of 2004 ORDER:

The writ petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking a writ of Mandamus to declare the action of the respondents in taking steps for disengaging the petitioners instead of regularizing their services as drivers as bad, arbitrary, unjust and unreasonable and consequently direct the respondents to regularize their services in the respondent corporation and pass such other necessary orders.

At the time of hearing, learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that the purpose of filing the writ petition becomes infructuous.

In view of the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioners the writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, the miscellaneous petitions if any pending in this writ petition shall stand closed.
