Since learned Government Pleader for Home represented that after completion of entire investigation, charge sheet was filed on 07.02.2018 and the same was taken on file and registered as C.C.No.727 of 2018. Therefore, the writ petition has become infructuous. Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed as infructuous granting liberty to the petitioners to file appropriate application challenging the charge sheet. No costs.

Pending miscellaneous petitions in the petition, if any, shall stand closed.
