ORDER:

Heard.

2. Petitioners are aggrieved by respondent No.2 not extending police-aid inspite of directions of Junior Civil Judge, Narasampet, in I.A.No.176 of 2014 in I.A.No.363 of 2012 in O.S.No.86 of 2012, dated 20.08.2014. Petitioners state that by the aforesaid order, Junior Civil Judge, Narsampet directed respondent No.2 to extend police-aid to the petitioners on payment of batta.

3. Instructions of the learned Government Pleader, however, show that respondent No.2 is ready and willing to provide police protection as per orders of the court, as and when petitioners approach respondent No.2.

4. In view of the said categorical statement, writ petition is disposed of directing respondent No.2 to comply with the orders of the court, referred to above, as and when petitioners approach respondent No.2. As a sequel, the miscellaneous applications, if any, shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
