Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue, submits that against the impugned order passed by the 3rd respondent - Revenue Divisional Officer, petitioner has alternative remedy of revision, and hence the writ petition is not maintainable.

Learned counsel for the petitioner could not dispute the above submission of the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue. In view of the same, I am not inclined to entertain the writ petition and the same is dismissed, leaving it open to the petitioner to avail the alternative remedy available under law.

Interlocutory applications pending, if any, shall stand closed. No order as to costs.
