This petition is filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C to quash the proceedings against the petitioner /A.2 in Cr.No.941 of 2014 on the file of L.B. Nagar Police Station, Cyberabad, R.R. district. 2 At the time of arguments, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that after completion of investigation, the investigating officer filed charge sheet in the said matter before the concerned Court. 3 Having regard to the submissions made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, no further orders need be passed in this petition.
