Heard.

This Court already disposed of W.P.No.3172 of 2012 on 08-02-2012 directing the respondents to consider and dispose of the representations stated to have been submitted by the petitioner. Learned counsel for the petitioner states that in consideration thereof, the 5th respondent has called for a report from the 2nd respondent, which was accordingly sent by the 2nd respondent on 23-05-2013. Thereafter, the 5th respondent submitted report before the 1st respondent on 09-05-2014 and presently, the issue is stated to be pending with the 1st respondent. Since this Court has already issued direction, as referred to above, reiterating the said direction, the 1st respondent is directed to take appropriate decision in the matter as early as possible. No costs. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this writ petition shall stand closed.
