Mr.Sai Gangadhar Chamarty submits that sole petitioner died and he is unable to get in touch with the legal representatives of petitioner and taken steps for bringing them on record. The writ petitioner was filed in the year 2007. According to learned counsel the petitioner died.

This Court is of the view that the cause in the writ petition ought to be treated as abated, for steps are not taken within the time stipulated by law.

Hence, the writ petition is dismissed as abated. No order as to costs.
