Based on a request made by unofficial respondent, the power supply to petitioner's electrical meter bearing Service Connection No.11651-K-O26000025 situated at Door No.27-19, Survey No.102/2, Madhurawada Village, Visakhapatnam District, was disconnected. Challenging the same, this Writ Petition is filed. 3.

This Court, by order dated 30.01.2013, directed the respondents 1 and 2 to restore the power supply to the petitioner's Service Connection.

Learned counsel for respondent No.3 submits that respondent No.3 filed O.S.No.1458 of 2012 pending on the file of I Additional Senior Civil Judge, Visakhapatnam, seeking grant of injunction and though power supply need not be disturbed at this stage, but ultimately the same should abide the result of the pending suit.

Having regard to the fair submission, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing respondents 1 and 2 to continue to provide power supply to the petitioner's Service Connection, referred to above, subject to payment of regular electrical charges and if there is no violation of power supply conditions. The continuation of power supply shall abide the result of O.S.No.1458 of 2012. There shall be no order as to costs. Pending Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, shall stand closed.
