Heard learned counsel for the petitioners - accused Nos.3 and 4.

2. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State of Telangana would represent that on filing of Charge Sheet, the case was committed to the Court of Sessions and the Sessions Division, Cyberabad, assigned S.C.No.54 of 2015 and made over to the Court of I Additional Sessions Judge, L.B. Nagar, and, therefore, the present petition becomes infructuous.

3. In view of the representation made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, the Criminal Petition is dismissed as infructuous. Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this Criminal Petition, shall stand closed.
