Sri G.Tarun Reddy, learned counsel for the respondents-writ petitioners, would fairly submit that, since the validity of Regulation 5(3) of the National Council For Teacher Education (Recognition Norms and Procedure) Regulations, 2014 has not been subjected to challenge in the Writ Petition, the petitioner be granted permission to withdraw the Writ Petition with liberty to file a Writ Petition afresh challenging the validity of the said Regulation.

Granting liberty as sought for, Writ Petition No.5948 of 2017 is dismissed as withdrawn and Writ Appeal No.792 of 2017 is disposed of accordingly. There shall be no order as to costs.
