HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE ABHINAND KUMAR SHAVILI WRIT PETITION No. 14183 OF 2005 ORDER :

When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner was declared unfit due to colour blindness and the petitioner was seeking alternative employment under Sec. 47 of the Persons with Disability Act and this Hon'ble Court granted interim directions on 1.7.2005 and, in pursuance of the interim orders, the case of the petitioner was considered and he was given alternative employment.

In view of the above submission, this Court is of the considered view that the cause in the writ petition does not survive. Accordingly, the same is dismissed as infructuous.
