HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE R. KANTHA RAO Writ Petition No.30019 of 2015 ORDER:

Heard Sri L.J. veera Reddy, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, learned Government Pleader for Panchayat Raj and Sri MSR Chandramurthy, learned special counsel for the 3rd respondent.

2. It is submitted by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, that the petitioner, who is a Field Assistant, was terminated from the services by the 3rd respondent, vide order dated 08.05.2015. Feeling aggrieved of the same, the petitioner filed an appeal to the 2nd respondent on 08.06.2015. The grievance of the petitioner is that though the appeal was filed long ago, no steps have been taken by the 2nd respondent for disposing of the same.

3. Under these circumstances, the 2nd respondent is directed to dispose of the appeal dated 08.06.2015 preferred by the petitioner, in accordance with law and pass final orders thereon, within a period of eight (8) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. The writ petition is accordingly disposed of. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, in this writ petition, shall stand closed. No order as to costs.
