wp_32272_2017 ORDER: (per Hon'ble Sri Justice C.V.Nagarjuna Reddy) This Writ Petition is filed for the following substantive relief: "For the reasons stated in the accompanying affidavit, it is therefore pray that this Hon'ble Court may be pleased to issue writ or order more particularly one in the nature of writ of CERTIORARI by calling for the records relating to impugned proceedings vide Rc.No. 871/C2/2017 dated 08-06-2017 of the 1st respondent along with the orders of the A.P. Administrative Tribunal in O.A.No. 2240 of 2017 dated 28-07-2017 and declare the same as illegal, arbitrary, without jurisdiction, violative of Article 14 and 16 of the Constitution of India and contrary to the Guidelines issued by the Government in G.O.Ms.No. 64 dated 21-04-2017 and G.O.Rt.No. 318 dated 06-05-2017 and consequently quash and set aside the same by holding that the petitioner is entitled to be continue at the office of the 1st respondent and to pass such other orders as are necessary in the interests of justice."

After arguing the case, learned counsel for the petitioner requested for permission of the Court to withdraw the Writ Petition. 3.

The Writ Petition is accordingly dismissed as withdrawn. 4.

As a sequel to dismissal of the Writ Petition, W.P.M.P.No. 40154 of 2017 shall stand dismissed as infructuous.
