HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE KONGARA VIJAYA LAKSHMI WRIT PETITION No. 18593 OF 2008 ORDER :

This Writ Petition is filed questioning the proceedings of the 1st respondent dated 5.8.2008 calling for applications for constituting Board of Trustees to Sri Venkateswara Swamy Temple, Mallacheruvu Village and Mandal, Nalgonda District.

As the said proceedings is for a period of two years and as the said period has expired, no further orders are necessary in this Writ Petition. However, the petitioner is given the liberty to approach the appropriate Forum, if need be. Writ Petition is accordingly closed. 3.
