HON'BLE SRI JUSTI CE A.V.SESHA SAI W .P.No.3 8 8 9 of 2 0 1 8 ORDER: - When the matter is taken up, the written instructions furnished by the Sub-Inspector of Police, Kurnool Taluk (Upgraded) Police Station, Kurnool District, dated 09.02.2018, are placed on record by the learned Government Pleader. The said instructions, to the extent of their relevance to the present writ petition, read as under: - "It is submitted that the 3rd respondent never interfered in the civil dispute between the petitioners and the unofficial respondents herein, which is said to be the subject matter in O.S.No.27/ 18, nor forced the petitioners to have settlement with the unofficial respondents herein at any point of time.

On the other hand, on receipt of private complaint of the 2nd petitioner herein from the VIAdditional District and Sessions Judge Court vide Dis.No.218, dated 28.01.2018, a case in Cr.No.30/ 2018, dt.07.02.2017, u/ s.323, 447, 506 r/ w 34 I.P.C., and Section 3 (1)(s)(r) of SCs & STs (POA) Amendment Act, 2015 & Section 156 (3) Cr.P.C., was registered on the file of the 3rd respondent Police Station, against the 4th respondent herein and his followers. Therefore, all the allegations of the petitioners against the respondent police authorities are absolutely false, baseless and hereby specifically denied."

Having regard to the above instructions, and taking into consideration the submissions of the learned Counsel appearing for the petitioners so also the learned Government Pleader, this Court deems it fit and proper to dispose of the Writ Petition by placing on record the said instructions furnished by the Sub-

Inspector of Police, Kurnool Taluk (Upgraded) Police Station, Kurnool District, dated 09.02.2018.
