THE HON'BLE DR. JUSTICE B.SIVA SANKARA RAO CIVIL REVISION PETITION No.404 OF 2014 ORDER:

A perusal of the record shows even the CRP.No.404 of 2014 herein was dismissed for default on 07.11.2014 itself by another Bench of this Court, there is nothing to show the matter is restored, even taken for argument sake, it is shown pending from any restoration. Once, the main matter is disposed of 23.06.2015 before the lower court, there is nothing survives in the civil revision petition to continue. Accordingly, this civil revision petition is dismissed as infructuous. It is made clear that if at all the petitioner/s can show that the main case is pending and the cause in revision still survives, they have to file application within one week from today with proof for restoration.

Miscellaneous petitions pending consideration, if any, in this case shall stand closed in consequence. There shall be no order as to costs.
