THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE T.SUNIL CHOWDARY Transfer C.M.P.No.700 of 2016 ORDER:

This petition is filed by the petitioner under Section 24 of Civil Procedure Code seeking to withdraw O.P.No.615 of 2015 on the file of the Court of Principal District Judge, Warangal, and transfer the same to the Court of III Additional District Judge cum Family Court, Warangal.

At the time of hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to permit the petitioner to withdraw the petition.

Permission is granted.

Hence, the transfer C.M.P. is dismissed as withdrawn. Consequently, Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this petition shall stand closed.
