When these matters are taken up for hearing, learned Standing Counsel appearing for the 1st respondent, has submitted that the cases of the petitioners would be considered for reconsideration with regard to the height of the petitioners.

In view of the said submission, the cause in the Writ Petitions has been resolved and all the Writ Petitions are closed. No costs. As a sequel, the miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
