Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Government Pleader for Civil Supplies for the respondents. The grievance of the petitioner is about non-disposal of Revision No.K11/655/2015 filed by him before respondent No.2-District Collector (Civil Supplies), Anantapuramu. Considering the nature of the relief sought for, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the matter, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing respondent No. 2 to dispose of the Revision filed by the petitioner, by following due process of law, within a period of eight (8) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
