HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE T.AMARNATH GOUD WRIT PETITION No.4594 OF 2019 ORDER:

This writ petition, under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, is filed by the petitioners seeking the following relief: "For the reasons stated in the accompanying affidavit the petitioner herein pray that this Hon'ble Court may be pleased to issue an appropriate more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus declaring that the action of Respondent more particularly that of Respondent No. 3 in disconnecting the power supply, at the instance of Respondent No. 4 to petitioner residential premises existing on Plot Nos. 493 and 494, Survey No. 156/1/2, T.N.G.O's Colony, Mailardevpally Village, GHMC Rajendranagar Circle, Ranga Reddy District as being arbitrary, illegal and violative of Art. 14, 21 & 300-A and consequently direct the Respondents more particularly Respondent No.

3 to restore power supply to the residence of the Plaintiff existing on plot No. 493 and 494, Survey No. 156/1/2, T.N.G.O's Colony, Mailardevpally Village, GHMC, Rajendranagar Circle, Ranga Reddy District forthwith and pass such other order or orders as this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper in the circumstance of the case."

Heard Sri Venkataiah Ediga, learned counsel appearing for the petitioners, learned Government Pleader for Energy appearing for the 1st respondent and Sri R.Vinod Reddy, learned Standing Counsel for T.S.S.C.P.D.C.L. appearing for respondents 2 & 3. 3.

Sri R.Vinod Reddy, learned Standing Counsel for T.S.S.C.P.D.C.L. appearing for respondents 2 & 3, on the strength of the counter filed by the 3rd respondent, submits that without going into the issue of the ownership dispute, the official respondents have complied with the orders, dated 19.03.2019, for restoration of the power supply, as there were no arrears payable by the petitioner and the power supply has been restored on 02.04.2019.

In view of the same, no cause survives for adjudication in this writ petition.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
