HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY W.P.No.25149 of 2017 ORDER:

The case of the petitioner is that he is the owner of agricultural land admeasuring Ac.0-67 cents in Sy.No.110-2B of Thurpu Veerayapalem Village, Darsi Mandal, Kandukuru Revenue Division, Prakasam District, which is inherited from his ancestors and without issuing any notice, the respondents are trying to lay the road from the said land. Aggrieved by the same, the present writ petition is filed.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner.

Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Roads and Buildings submits that respondent No.6 will follow due procedure, in case if respondents want to lay road from the petitioner's land.

In view of the same, the writ petition is disposed of directing respondent No.6 not to dispossess and not to lay road from the petitioner's land without following due process of law.
