This Criminal Petition is filed under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, L973 (for short 'Cr'P'C') by the petitionersAccused Nos.2 and 3 to quash the proceedings against them in FIR No.481 of 2O2Z pending on the file of Station House Officer, Saroornagar WPS (Rachakonda), Rachakonda, filed for the offences punishable under Sections 498-4, 406 and 506 of Indian Penal Code (for short "IPC') and Sections 3 and 4 of Dowry Prohibition I Act 2.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioners - Accused and learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondent - State. Perused the material on record.

The 2nd respondent - de facto complainant filed a complalnt alleging that she was married to accused No.1 on 04.03.2018 and at the time of marriage, certain dowry was also given. Thereafter, she joined her husband at U.S.A. However, several issues arose in
