HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE G. SHYAM PRASAD C.R.P.M.P.No.7281 of 2015 IN C.R.P.No.3525 OF 1994 AND C.R.P.No.3525 OF 1994 COMMON ORDER:

C.R.P.M.P.No.7281 of 2015 is filed by the State of Andhra Pradesh, represented by its Authorised Officer, Land Reforms, Kakinada, under Section 5 of the Limitation Act, for condoning the delay of 7112 days in filing the petition to set aside the abatement caused due to the death of the sole respondent-Kadiyala Subhadra. None appears on behalf of the petitioner and in spite of the fact that there is delay of 7112 days in filing the petition. There is no justification in considering the petition.

Accordingly, C.R.P.M.P.No.7281 of 2015 is dismissed for nonprosecution. Consequently, C.R.P.No.3525 of 1994 is rejected. No order as to costs.
