) THE HON'BLE THE CHIEF JUSTICE UJJAL BHUYAN AND THE HON'BIiE SELlqSalerE rt-IUKABA'!4q WRIT APPEAL No.211 of 2o23 JUDGMENT: (Per the Hon'ble the Chief Justice Ujjal Bhugan) Mr. B.S.Prasad, learned Advocate General has informed the Court that necessary steps u,ould be taken to instruct learned Government Pleaders to appraise the Courts when writ petitions are filed against State Ofltcers \ but without impleading the State, similarly when appeals are filed by Officers without the State being one of the appellants.

However, insofar this appeal is concerned, learned Advocate General submits that appellants have already filed a review petition before the learned Single Judge for review of order dated 1 l.Ol.2O23 passed ln W.P.No.3987O of 2022.
