This revision is filed under Sections 397 and 401 Cr.P.C. challenging the order, dated 07-12-2012 in Crl.M.P.No.1331 of 2012 in C.C.No.145 of 2011 on the file of the Judicial I Class Magistrate, Nandikotkur, Kurnool District.

2. Learned counsel for the petitioners seeks permission of this Court to permit the petitioners to withdraw the revision. Permission is accorded.

3. Accordingly, the Criminal Revision Case is dismissed as withdrawn. Miscellaneous petitions, if any pending, in this revision shall stand closed.
