THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE SANJAY KUMAR WRIT PETITION No.9102 of 2016 ORDER:

Sri R. Raghunandan, learned Senior Counsel representing Sri Thoom Srinivas, learned counsel for the petitioner - College, states that in the light of the proceedings dated 16.03.2016 issued by the Telangana State council of Higher Education, the present writ petition would not survive for consideration on merits and that leave may be granted to the petitioner - College to challenge the subsequent proceedings.

The writ petition is accordingly dismissed leaving it open to the petitioner - College to work out its remedies in accordance with law insofar as the subsequent developments are concerned. Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall also stand dismissed. No order as to costs.
