THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE RAJA ELANGO CRIMINAL PETITION No.1604 of 2014 ORDER:

This Criminal Petition is filed by the accused under Section 482 Cr.P.C., to quash the proceedings in Crime No.22 of 2014 on the file of P.S. Railway Kodur, Kadapa District.

Heard.

This matter is pending from 2014. No representation on behalf of the second respondent-complainant.

On perusal of the entire material available on record, prima facie there are some allegations as against the petitioners and this is a matter which has to be investigated into by the police. Hence, this Court is not inclined to quash the impugned proceedings at this stage. However, considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the concerned police are directed to complete the investigation without arresting the petitioners and file the final report, if any, in accordance with law.

Accordingly, the Criminal Petition is disposed of. Miscellaneous Petitions filed in this Criminal Petition, if any, shall stand closed.
