HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT PETITON No.31501 of 2012 ORDER:

This writ petition is filed to declare the action of the respondents in inserting the condition with regard to furnishing of experience certificate in the eligibility criteria with regard to the works Operation and Maintenance to CPWS Schemes at Ampavalli, Vengalarayapuram, Narsipuram and Dabburuvalasa and other habitations (4 works) for the year 2012-13 (package-1) as illegal and arbitrary. At the time of issuing notice before admission, this Court passed the following interim order:

" Any further action taken in pursuance of the impugned eprocurement tender notice shall be subject to any further or final orders that may be passed herein".

In view of the same, by afflux of time, the cause in the writ petition does not survive for adjudication and the same has become infructuous.

Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this Writ Petition, shall stand closed.
