Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1 to 3. 2.

Learned Government Pleader brought to the notice of this Court that when the crime is pending, the parties have settled the matter before the Lok Adalat at Ranga Reddy District on 10.10.2015. 3.

In that view of the matter, this Court is of the opinion that no further cause would survive in the writ petition and the same is liable to be closed.

Accordingly, the writ petition is closed. No order as to costs. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
