ORDER:

This writ petition is filed for a certiorari to set aside rejection order, dated 01.03.2012, in M.A.No.14 of 2012 in O.A.No.19 of 2012 of respondent No.3.

At the hearing, Mr.E.Satyanarayana, learned counsel for the petitioner, submitted that the cause in the writ petition has become infructuous.

In view of the above submission, the Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous.
