Heard the learned counsel for petitioner and the learned Government Pleader for Civil Supplies for respondents.

2. This writ petition is filed challenging the action of the respondents in not releasing the bank guarantee of Rs.1,78,000/-, as per the orders of the Court of the District & Sessions Judge, Krishna at Machilipatnam in E.C.Appeal No.101 of 2012 dated 14.06.2013.

The learned Government Pleader, on the basis of written instructions dated 05.09.2015, submits that the bank guarantee furnished by the petitioner for Rs.1,78,000/- was returned to the petitioner, under a proper acknowledgment vide proceedings of the second respondent dated 01.09.2015.

4. In view of the same, the writ petition has become infructuous and the same is accordingly dismissed as infructuous. No order as to costs. Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
