This Criminal Petition, under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973, is filed by the petitioner/ A.5 to quash the proceedings in Crime No.665 of 2018 of Chandanagar Police Station, Cyberabad.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner/ A.5, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor representing respondent No.2/ State and perused the record.

Learned Additional Public Prosecutor representing respondent No.2/ State, on instructions, submits that charge sheet is filed in the said crime.

Therefore, the petitioner/ A.5 is granted liberty to agitate with regard to filing of the charge sheet.

With the above observation, the Criminal Petition is disposed of.

Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this Criminal Petition shall stand closed.
