The Writ Petition is wholly premature, as the complaint itself is filed on 24.04.2015. Therefore, a mandamus cannot be sought as there is hardly any in-action for which action can be taken under Article 226 of the Constitution of India.

The Writ Petition is, accordingly, dismissed. There shall be no order as to costs.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
