This Civil Revision Petition, under Article 227 of the Constitution of India, is filed by the petitioners/ defendants, challenging the order, dated 24.10.2018, passed in C.M.A.No.9 of 2018, by the II Additional District Judge (FTC), Mancherial. 2 .

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners/ defendants and perused the record.

Having argued for some time, the learned counsel for the petitioners/ defendants requested this Court to direct the learned Principal Senior Civil Judge at Mancherial, to dispose of the subject suit in O.S.No.59 of 2018, pending on its file, expeditiously.

Under these circumstances, the learned Principal Senior Civil Judge at Mancherial is directed to expedite the proceedings in the subject suit in O.S.No.59 of 2018.

With the above direction, this Civil Revision Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this CRP, shall stand closed.
