Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned Government Pleader for Revenue appearing for the respondents.
The main grievance of the petitioners is that their applications dt.10.02.2020 for grant of mutation proceedings in respect of the subject lands are not being considered and disposed of by the respondents till date.
The learned Government Pleader for Revenue submits that except filing a copy of the Gift Settlement Deed dt.22.11.2010, no other documents are filed by the petitioners for consideration of their applications. Though learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners have already enclosed necessary documents to their applications, the learned Government Pleader for Revenue submits that the petitioners have to make their applications through online only.
In view of the said submission, this writ petition is disposed of, leaving it open for the petitioners to make applications through online and upon such applications being received, respondent No.2 is directed to consider the same
ARR,J W.P.No.4683 of 2020 and take appropriate action in accordance with law for grant of mutation proceedings in respect of the subject lands, within a period of three weeks from the date of receipt of such applications. No order as to costs.
As a sequel, miscellaneous applications pending, if any, shall stand closed.
