Questioning the action of respondents 3, 4 and 5 in forcing the petitioner to settle a private dispute, the present writ petition is filed. 2.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home.

Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home, on written instructions, dated 03.03.2020, a copy of which is placed on record of this Court, submits that on 22.02.2020, one Shamim Kasim and two others, who are unofficial respondents in the present writ petition, gave a joint complaint to the Station House Officer, Malakpet, the 3rd respondent herein, wherein they alleged that they are working in Fortune Flyers Aviation Institute at Malakpet and facing issues with organization, the owners/directors for not paying salary to them since long and further when they asked about the salary dues, the petitioner herein, who is the Director of the said Institute, has been threatening them by giving statements of committing suicide.

On receipt of the above petition, a GD entry was made and the petitioner was called to the police station for a preliminary enquiry and thereafter, as the contents of the petition are non-cognizable in nature, a requisition was filed before the learned VII Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, Nampally, on 29.02.2020, with a request to accorded permission to register a case for the offences under Sections 504 and 506 IPC. It is also stated that after obtaining orders from the learned VII Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, action will be taken as per law.

that the respondent authorities did not take any letter in writing and asked the petitioner to sign on the letter and that the respondent police never forced or directed the petitioner to settle any private dispute, except investigating into the complaint made for which, permission has been sought for from the learned VII Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate.

Having regard to the above assertion made on behalf of the respondent police authorities, no further orders need be passed in the present writ petition, except directing the authorities to investigate into the case in accordance with law.

Subject to the above, the writ petition is disposed of. Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall also stand closed in the light of this final order. No order as to costs.
