HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE C. PRAVEEN KUMAR CRIMINAL REVISION CASE No.2229 of 2013 ORDER:

Since the present Criminal Revision Case is filed under Sections 397 and 401 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973, questioning the interlocutory order dated 04.06.2013 passed in Crl.M.P.No.44 of 2013 in M.C.No.10 of 2012 on the file of the Judge, Family Court-cum-Additional District Court, Anantapur, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the criminal revision case with a liberty to avail remedies available under law.

Permission is granted.

Recording the said submission, the criminal revision case is dismissed as withdraw giving liberty to the petitioner to avail remedies available under law.

As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any pending, shall stand closed.
