HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE P.NAVEEN RAO ORDER:

Petitioner claims that he is using power supply connection bearing Nos.101842655, 101842902 and 101842903 fixed to the premises bearing House No.1-8-27, Near Sub-Registrar Office, Kushaiguda, whereas 2nd respondent is trying to disconnect the power supply without following due process.

From the reading of the prayer itself, it is clear that so far power supply is not disconnected. Petitioner apprehends of disconnection of power supply and seeking mandamus to direct the respondents not to disconnect the power supply without following due process. As power supply is not disconnected, the Court is not inclined to entertain the Writ Petition at this stage. It cannot be said that petitioner is remediless if illegally action to disconnect power supply is taken by the respondents without following due process.

Writ Petition is accordingly dismissed.

Pending miscellaneous petitions shall stand closed.
