HONOURABLE SRIJUSTTCE B. VIJAYSEN REDDY WRIT PETITION No.4519 OF 2024 ORDER:
Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue, and perused the material available on record.
2. lt is submitted that the petitioner's grandfather Mr. Guguloth Jagram, s/o. Bodia, was issued 38-E certificate under the provisions of the Andhra Pradesh (Telangana Area) Tenancy and Agricultural Lands Act, 1950 vide File No.M/4248l1975 dated 14.02.1975 in respect of the subject land admeasuring Acs.5-2800 Gts in Survey No.77lAA situated at Malkapur Village, Thurkapalli Mandal, Yadadri-Bhuvanagiri District. He did not alienate the land to any third parties. He died leaving behind the father of the petitioner as his sole legal heir. After demise of the father of the petitioner, the subject land devolved on the petitioner by intestate succession. Under the Land Records Updation I t I Programme, the petitioner submitted online application No.23001 53904 dated 10.10.2023 for issuance of pattadar passbook, but so far the application is not being processed, as such, the petitioner is constrained to approach this Court.

3. Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue submitted that appropriate action will be taken on online application of the petitioner.
4. ln view of the above facts and circumstances of the case, without entering into the merits of the case, this writ petition is disposed of directing respondent Nos.2 and 3 to consider online application No.2300153904 dated 10.10.2023 submitted by the petitioner for issuance of pattadar passbook to him in respect of the land admeasuring Acs.5-2800 Gts in Survey No.77lAA situated at Malkapur Village, Thurkapalli Mandal, Yadadri-Bhuvanagiri District, by issuing notice to the concerned/interested persons and pass orders, in accordance with law, within a period of forty-five (45) days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No order as to costs As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous applications, if any, pending in this wri n stand closed.
